We are currently building an innovative, collaborative team-concept in which we partner with our Independent Reps to build success for our mutual clients. You do what you do best–focus on businesses that need advertising and marketing to grow; and we do what we do best–build great marketing solutions that address the specific needs of our client.

WHAT WE OFFER OUR CLIENTS
Each client has a dedicated account manager who works closely with them to build and implement a marketing solution tailored to maximize results and ROI. Our commitment to quality and excellent service guides everything we do. We need our independent reps to have the same passion and commitment that we do to help our clients grow their business.

WHO WE NEED
We are looking for high-energy sales representatives who will be in charge of prospecting new business and closing deals for our company. Cold calling and visiting businesses door to door is to be expected. Hard working individuals will reap the benefits of fast and healthy commissions.
We currently have no Sales Reps in Texas.

Our ideal Independent Rep will have experience selling products and services to small and medium size businesses. Experience in advertising sales and marketing would be great, but more importantly we need reps with high energy, an engaging personality, excellent communication skills, integrity, and the drive to sell while building partnerships and loyal clients. We will consider capable individuals, as well as established compatible sales organizations, located in any major metropolitan area in the US. Our generous commission plan includes pay upon the fulfillment of each new sale as well as recurring income on the monthly renewals, with uncapped earning potential. Our Independent Reps have a custom J2O Designs-branded web page, a dedicated Account Coordinator, and marketing materials, as well as targeted product/service training.

Successful independent reps will:
• Show a high degree of self-motivation, with track record of independent action & selling with integrity
• Communicate well with J2O Designs team
• Generate leads through web, cold calling, email and in-person visits
• Analyze client needs, accurately present J2O Designs services and capabilities, and convincingly deliver sales presentations created by J2O Designs working in collaboration with you and the prospect
• Consistently close new business
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, services and solutions
• Collaborate with J2O Designs account management team to develop creative solutions proposals

Successful independent reps typically have these skills & experience:
• 5 years of proven B2B Sales experience
• Demonstrated record of sales success, achieving consistent commissions
• Strong knowledge of the internet and social media
• Experience in digital marketing or advertising sales
• Existing network in a specific industry (ie. Wine & Spirits, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.)
• Established business client base receptive to digital marketing services
• Experience with short sales cycles & closing small/medium size accounts
• Engaging personality with reputation for delivering what is promised
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills

• Territories assigned can be geographic and/or industry-specific if appropriate to address rep’s existing network
